TERMS OF SALE
The Local Paper accepts all payments through PayPal's secure website. When you enter your credit card number, SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your card number, name and address. To make sure your connection is secure, look at the URL line of your browser window upon entering the checkout page—it should read https not http. Otherwise, please visit our 'Retailers' section to find a shop that carries our products near you.
The Local Paper products are fragile by nature and are therefore sold on a non-refundable basis; at our discretion, we only accept exchanges if you have received unused damaged goods. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged items.
SALES TAX
We are not required to collect sales tax on any orders outside the state of Texas. For all Texas orders a sales tax of 8.25% applies.
SHIPPING
All orders within the United States will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This method usually takes 2-3 business days once the order has been processed. Free shipping will apply to order quantities above four (4) rolls.
Presently, we are not accepting international orders; however, please feel free to contact us for more information if you would like to purchase our products outside of the United States.
PRIVACY
We take the utmost care and concern for your privacy while you're shopping on our site. We will never share or sell your information to any third party, and the information we collect is solely used to contact you about your order if necessary.
